Gemma and I scooted over the Thames today to visit one of the planets new inhabitants, Erik and Steph's son Jack. A bruising 10 pound 4 ouncer at birth, lil' Rusty's settling into a good eat and sleep routine, it would seem, and all's pretty calm for first time parents.

While some ferocious tennis was played yesterday afternoon, the Gemma, Liv and Lucy girls and mothers hung out at the flat, lazying away the Sunday sunshine. It certainly set the pace for some lively imported time delay TV in the evening.

Rolling has become a semi-regular Liv activity; she doesn't always know what to do with that pesky arm which prevents a fluid flip, but a 75% turn puts the world in a new perspective.

Gemma's future web surfing gets a boost this week with the first class photos. The painting, dancing, reading and behaving routine from school continues, with a tight knit group of friends forming the basis for daily descriptions of people met and activities completed.

Culturally, we've been wolfin' down snacks to the projections of Eternal Sunshine and Bad Education recently, with spotty results.
